SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that prompt and secure delivery is crucial to our customers. That’s why we have developed a consumer-friendly shipping process to guarantee fast and secure shipping worldwide.

Once we receive your online payment, it takes us 8-12 business days to deliver your order, no matter where you are in the world. You will receive an order confirmation, jacket availability, and tracking information via email when your order is ready to be shipped.

To ensure quality assurance and prompt shipment, we only use highly recognized courier companies such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

Please ensure that you provide a physical residential or street address for shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Genuine Shopping Store. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at sales@genuineshoppingstore.com.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or returns for clothing items that are the wrong size or color. It is crucial to carefully check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If your jacket does not fit properly, please return it within 7 days in good, sellable condition, and we will send you a new piece. However, for specially made orders according to your provided size, we cannot offer a refund or exchange as the garment is designed specifically for your physique and cannot be resold to another buyer. The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs.

We do not offer any refunds or returns or exchanges for clothing items purchased in a two-item transaction. This policy is in place to discourage ordering multiple products and ultimately selecting only one.

Please note that after 24 hours of order confirmation, no product, color, or size can be exchanged as it has already been sent for designing.

Cancellation of an order is subject to the following conditions:

  • For cancelling any jacket order within 3 days, there is a 25% deduction on your jacket’s amount.
  • If you decide to cancel your order within 7 days, we charge a 45% deduction on the full amount.
  • No cancellations will be accepted beyond 7 days of order confirmation.

Before shipping new orders to customers, our high-quality department checks the product for quality. If the garment is not up to par at delivery time, we will send a new attire with priority shipment borne by us.

Refunds will only be accepted if we are late in delivering your order by 29 working days after receiving your payment. If we are unable to confirm that the delivery was sent to your specified address, we will issue a full refund along with shipping charges.
